1）当サロンの場所について
Where is the salon located ?
当サロンの場所は、大阪市内にございます。詳しいご住所は、ご予約いただいた方のみに追って予約時にご入力いただいたメールアドレス宛にてお知らせいたします。
The salon is located in Osaka. Address for the day of your appointment will be sent exclusively to confirmed reservations via email.
2）メイクをした状態での来店について
Can I come to the salon wearing makeup ?
パーソナルカラー診断・顔タイプ診断はノーメイクでの診断をお願いしております。(カラーコンタクトレンズ含む)万一、メイク、カラーコンタクトを外したくない場合はそのままでも診断は可能ですが、その場合メイク、カラーコンタクト込みの結果となること予めご了承ください。また、メイク道具やコテ・ドライヤー等のご用意はございませんので、必要の際はご持参いただくようお願いいたします。
We kindly request that you come without makeup (including colored contact lenses) for your personal color and face type analysis.If you prefer to keep makeup or colored contacts, we can still perform the analysis. However, please understand that the results will be based on your appearance with makeup/colored contact lenses. We do not provide makeup tools, hair curlers, or hair dryers.If you need these items after the analysis, please bring your own.
3）当日の服装について
What should I wear on the day of my visit ?
当日は、診断結果に影響を及ぼす可能性があるため、タートルネックセーターやフード付きパーカー以外の服装でお越しください。
On the day of your appointment, please do not wear clothing with hoods (such as hoodies or parkas) or turtleneck sweater as these may affect the accuracy of the diagnostic results.We prefer you to wear a simple, solid-colored top, which your neck and face are clearly visible.
4）診断当日のお持ち物について
Is there anything I need to bring on the day ?
特に必要なお持ち物はございませんが、ノーメイクの素肌の状態で診断いたしますので、カラーコンタクトやメイク道具やコテ・ドライヤー等のご用意が必要の際は予めご持参いただくようお願いいたします。
There are no specific items you need to bring. However, as we will conduct the examination on your bare skin without makeup, please bring any necessary items such as colored contact lenses, makeup tools, hair curlers, or hair dryers if you need them after the examination.
5）お連れさまのご同伴について
Can I bring someone with me ?
お子様連れ・施術をお受けにならない方の付き添いはお断りしております。
Only clients receiving the service may enter the room.No exceptions for children or additional guests.
6）写真及び動画撮影について
Is photography or video recording allowed ?
サロン内での録音録画は協定の規定によりお断りしております。
Recording (audio or video) inside the salon is strictly prohibited by our agreement.
7）女性のお客様ご利用お断りについて
Can women also use the services ?
男性専用のサロンとなります。女性のお客様のご予約はお断りしております。
Our service is only for men.
8）お支払いについて
How should I make my payment ?
お支払いは、前払い制となっております。
銀行振込 (手数料はお客様ご負担となります) にて承っております。
口座情報はご予約後にお送りするメールにてお伝えいたします。
Payment is required in advance.
Payment Methods:

Bank transfer only
(Bank account information will be sent to you via email following your reservation confirmation. The bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.)

<キャンセル可能期間について / Cancellation >
・キャンセル無料期間は、予約日3日前の23時59分までです。
・それ以降のキャンセルは、以下「特別な状況」を除きいかなる場合でもキャンセル料が発生いたします。予めご了承ください。
・「特別な状況」に当てはまる場合は、ご来店が難しいとわかった段階でお早めに当サロンのLINE、Instagram、X、TikTokのいずれかのアカウントへのDMをお願いいたします。
＜特別な状況＞
① インフルエンザ・ノロウイルス、コロナ等のヒトに感染し、重症化しやすいとされる感染症に疾患した場合
② 地震や津波等の不測事態の自然災害の発生

The free cancellation period is until 11:59 PM, three days before your scheduled appointment date.

After this time, cancellation fees will be charged in all cases except for the "special circumstances" listed below. Please understand this policy in advance.

If any of the following "special circumstances" apply to you, please contact us through one of our salon’s social media accounts (LINE, Instagram, X, or TikTok) when you realize you cannot make your appointment.
<Special Circumstances>
① If you contract a highly infectious disease that can easily become severe, such as influenza, norovirus, COVID-19, or other similar infections that are easily transmissible to humans.
② In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as earthquakes or tsunamis.
<キャンセル料について / Cancellation Fee>
・予約日から3日前の23時59分までのキャンセル：無料
(ご指定の口座へご返金いたします)
・予約日から2日前〜当日のキャンセル：予約コース料金の80%
(ご指定の口座へご返金いたします)
・無断キャンセル：予約コース料金の100%
(ご予約時間から15分以上経過でもご来店がない場合は自動的に「無断キャンセル」扱いとなります)

Cancellations made up to 11:59 PM, three days before the appointment date: Free of charge
(We will refund the amount to your designated bank account.)

Cancellations made from two days before to the day of the appointment: 80% of the reserved course fee (We will refund the amount to your designated bank account.)

No-show or cancellation without notice: 100% of the reserved course fee.
(If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your appointment will be automatically treated as a "no-show cancellation.")
